Shipping and delivery

Delivery Policy:

The site will ensure the delivery of an order placed on the site to any place agreed upon by the parties when placing the order on the site.

Orders will be processed and delivered on schedule.

up to 5 business days via home courier;

Self-collection with free arrival at the store.

"Business day" - Sundays through Thursdays, excluding national Sabbaths, holiday eves and days when banks in Israel are closed.

The shipping cost may be updated from time to time in accordance with what was stated when placing the order on the website.

The site may set a minimum amount for an order on the site.

If the customer is not present at home when the courier arrives, at the time agreed with him in advance, the order will be returned and sent once more after payment of additional shipping fees by the customer.

 

Delivery of orders will be possible subject to the following conditions:

There is reasonable accessibility to the place of order;

The site (including its courier company) carries out distribution in the same area;

If it is an organization, institution, kibbutz or settlement that cannot be reached without special permission and/or they do not have a regulated registration of streets and/or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that place.

The site will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, which will result from:

force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the site;

reasons related to the site's courier company;

Closing the business so that the activity of the site and/or its suppliers and/or service providers will be affected, for any reason.

Return/Exchange

Refund, change and cancellation policy:

A request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be sent to the website using one of the means of communication listed at the bottom of the regulations.

Returning, changing or canceling an order will be possible with a refund or exchange within a period of up to 14 days after the customer receives the order.

The refund will be made using the payment method with which the customer placed the order.

If the refund, change or cancellation is requested after 14 days of receiving the order, a request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be possible subject to considering the sole opinion of the site.

Return, change or cancellation will be approved after the customer receives a written notification from the site confirming this.

What is stated in the regulations is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
